French photographer Laurent Chehere has this really cool series about Flying Houses. It’s almost like a picture from a Ghibli movie. So whimsical. Def worth a look.
Phillipines’ Cebu Pacific Airline decided to take its safety demo to another level. The Lady Gaga level.
Now, when flight attendants go interview at Cebu, they’ll probably need to pass a dance test as well.
from our hotel balcony.
This hotel (or more like a bed & breakfast) is basically 3 renovated fishing houses. It was conceived by Wilbert Das, the Dutch creative director of Diesel. Story goes that he always spends his vacations in Bahia, and I guess he just decided that building a nice boutique hotel there would be a good idea. It is located in Trancoso, and it’s definitely in my plans when I go back to Brasil this year.
Here’s a shout out to my buddy Greg Christensen. He always has these amazing insights on the culture clash in between his homeland (the USA) and his new adopted land (Switzerland). Follow his new adventures here.
Browsing through some old photos I came across this photo I took on a trip to Japan last year. We were in Sapporo and went to visit the Sapporo Beer factory. They had this gallery of old advertising there. It was really interesting to see this one poster, where you could see the nipple of the model through her dress. I guess sex sells everywhere.
